Atlantic Senior

Atlantic Senior Apartments will be a 62-unit, independent living senior community for adults 55 years and older. The property will be located in Virginia Village at the corner of S. Holly Street and Atlantic Place just north of Evans Avenue on a site that was previously home to the Colorado Department of Transportation’s Region 1 Headquarters.

Nestled among a community of newly developed, complementary townhomes, Atlantic Senior has been designed with the active senior in mind. The property will offer a wide array of amenities to allow its residents to thrive in a healthy and supportive environment.

A community kitchen, great room, supportive services room and fitness center will all be available onsite to foster a sense of community among the residents and to provide locations for comprehensive senior programming provided by Eaton Senior Communities.

Each unit will feature private patios or Juliet balconies, walk-in closets, walk-in showers, air-conditioning and energy saving appliances. Every floor will also be equipped with elevators and on-site laundry facilities.

Atlantic Senior will be a joint venture between Lexton McDermott and the Kentro Group. The property will be designed by Lewis Himes Associates and will be managed by ComCap Management.

Atlantic Senior Apartments is scheduled to be completed in the Fall 2021.
