Oakridge Crossing

Oakridge Crossing, a 110-suite affordable senior housing development, was completed in 2018 to meet the growing need for affordable housing for Fort Collins, Colorado’s retirement age residents.

Oakridge Crossing offers residents over 65 years of age, spacious and affordable apartments with vast views of the mountains. It also provides a wide array of onsite facilities for residents to lead an active lifestyle and feel a sense of community including a community room, fitness center, library, craft room, billiards room, horseshoe pit and shuffleboard.

The property also includes 5,000 sq. ft. of medical office space that offers convenient health services to the building’s tenants and the broader Fort Collins community.

Oakridge Crossing was completed in 2018 and offers units to residents over 65 years of age in the 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% AMI limits.
