Trailside Apartments

Trailside Apartments are located in the growing suburban community of Parker, Colorado. The location offers residents convenient access to the rest of the metro area with easy access to I-25 and E-470 and a short 15 minute drive to the Denver Tech Center.

Completed in 1999, the project was a partnership between the Lexton Group and McDermott Properties. The community features one, two and three bedroom apartments with a community pool, hot tub, business center. Residents also enjoy easy access to recreation with an entry point to the Cherry Creek Trail on property.

Trailside Apartments was sold by the Lexton Group and McDermott Properties in 2003.
