Arthur has spent more than forty years in real estate development, property management, investment, and land use consulting in Colorado including bringing thousands of affordable apartment units to market which positively impact families across the state.

Early in his career, Arthur founded a land planning and real estate consulting firm that master planned and secured zoning for large scale, multi-use projects in the Rocky Mountain area including Castle Pines, Meridian Office Park and the City of Lone Tree.

After a decade of successful land planning, Arthur formed a real estate management company that grew under his leadership to be one of the largest property management organizations in the region with 400 employees and 14,000 managed properties. He soon added the focus of real estate investment to his portfolio and started a firm to structure real estate acquisitions and provide millions of equity dollars for apartment investments.

Arthur holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers License and has served as a Director of the Metro Denver Apartment Association, is a HomeAid Colorado Board member, and is President of Citizens Appreciate Police. Arthur received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and completed additional studies at John Hopkins University.
