John Lengen

ASSET MANAGER

John Lengen is an Asset Manager at Lexton McDermott. A licensed real estate broker in the State of Colorado, John is responsible for project management and underwriting for Lexton McDermott’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit and market-rate developments and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Lexton McDermott, John was a Drilling Solutions Engineer at National Oilwell Varco where he focused on analysis and optimization of drilling operations for clients across Colorado, Wyoming, Texas and Southern California.

When he isn’t crunching the numbers for the Lexton McDermott team, John enjoys any excuse to enjoy Colorado’s natural beauty and is an avid hiker, skier and golfer.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
