Michael Lengen

MANAGING MEMBER

Michael Lengen has more than forty years of experience in real estate development, management, and finance in the multi-family and commercial real estate business in Colorado and Texas.

In 1987, Michael formed the Lexton Group as a full service commercial real estate asset management firm that provided asset management services to over thirty financial institutions. Additionally, Lexton Group developed more than 2,000 units of market rate apartments and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and motels.

As a Principal of Lexton McDermott, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the development process including underwriting, design, entitlement, and finance. Additionally, as President and CEO of ComCap Management, Michael oversees all operations of its twenty-two properties with a total of more than 2,500 units.

Michael has been a licensed real estate broker for more than forty years. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
